The hotel was fairly clean and staff were superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating, everything was great. I got a brand-new and generous-sized room with a wonderful fireplace for additional comfort.

The rooms here are spacious, with a cozy fireplace, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, situated in a lovely wooded suburban area.

Had a nice stay on a business trip. The location was comfy and prime for exploring this very quiet area, short walk to a restaurant, the industrial park for a reason and Natick Mall, Shoppers Mall, Framingham City Center, Natick City Centre and Hopkington Park.

Breakfast options are always fresh and tasty. Scored a room that's brand new with a comfy pullout couch and a handy kitchenette - perfect for whipping up some snacks. Superb location, right by the industrial park. 🥐

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. We really enjoyed the room; it was huge and had a wonderful fireplace. The staff were very, very nice day and night. The breakfast had a wide range of fresh food and drinks. The location was prime in a clean, forested, far-suburban area. Everything was simply great.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, room was generous-sized & immaculate. And the bathroom was decent sized. Marvellous and nice location in clean foresty far-subarban area, met the purpose. Really enjoyed our stay at hotel and would stay here again.

This hotel is located in a clean, foresty far-suburban area, close to a little market and the industrial park. It is also near the headquarters of the office supply company Staples. The rooms are spacious with a full kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a decent-sized bathroom. The staff goes out of their way to assist guests, like helping with luggage. Additionally, the breakfast is great with good coffee.

One negative aspect is that the cleanliness could be improved.

My only complaint is I wish the beds were king size.

Spacious rooms with well-designed kitchenette and sitting area. Clean and comfortable bed. Impressive bathroom lighting and perfect shower design. Good breakfast choices. Efficient housekeeping and helpful staff.

The staff was friendly and the work out section was well-located.

The lighting in the bathroom/dressing area was not the best. In fact, the light in the bathroom had burned out.
